domain of institutional piracy. This notification draws a clear line between legitimate

governance and administrative overreach.

acknowledge sovereign autonomy, and attempted to enforce corporate-administrative

jurisdiction over a living man who has formally withdrawn his consent from such overreach.

force designed to exhaust the individual financially, mentally, and physically. By treating

peaceful property improvements as statutory violations, the local state machinery reveals

its true objective: total corporate-bureaucracy dominance over individual self-

determination.

A critical foundation of this oposition is the formal discovery of structural deception within

the domestic legal framework of the Republic of Poland. Specifically, this concerns the

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), adopted by the United

Nations General Assembly.

Under international law, Article 1 of the ICCPR explicitly guarantees that "All peoples

have the right of self-determination." However, in the official domestic publications and

translations utilized by Polish courts and administrative bodies, this foundational right has

been systematically diluted, mistranslated, or structurally restricted to apply only to

collective state entities rather than the individual sovereign human being.

This deliberate distortion of an international treaty constitutes a structural fraud. By altering

the linguistic and legal weight of "self-determination" in the domestic matrix, the Polish
